Sonakshi Sinha's name has been dropped quite a few times before in Kollywood. What's with the actress's name doing the rounds recently for a special number in Suriya's film.
The latest that she has "officially" rejected is acclaimed-director Mani Ratnam's upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual with Mahesh Babu, Aishwariya Rai Bachchan and Shruti Haasan.
The award-winning filmmaker reportedly discussed her role with Sonakshi's father Shatrughan Sinha. While we hear that Sonakshi apparently "loved the role", the R... Rajkumar actress rejected the role due to prior commitments.
Since she didn't have the bulk dates for Mani's film, Sonakshi had to turn down the offer.
This is the third south film offer that she has rejected and we wonder if the actress is ignoring south films? Considering she's been part of Tamil movie remakes in Bollywood, why the step motherly treatment Sonakshi?
